I help dads aged 35–45 who are struggling with weight gain and low energy finally lose 20–50 pounds and feel confident in their body again. With over a decade in the fitness industry and certifications from ACTION and NASM, I know what works and what’s just noise. My own fat loss journey started 15 years ago at age 35. Since 2021, I’ve guided clients through powerful, results-driven workouts—first in the gym, and now online—to deliver lasting transformations that fit real life.
